Covering insertables

All items intended for insertion into an orifice need to be covered by a condom. Please use the condoms provided on all dildos, plugs, etc., before insertion into the mouth/anus/vaginal canal. Cover the vibrator before using it to keep out bodily fluids from the silicone.

Absorbent pads on surfaces

Put down pads when lube, body fluids, or anything else might make contact--examples: place an absorbent pad between bare buttocks and the bondage platform or place a pad on the floor when saliva could drip from a ball gag. Use the purple latex sheet for messy games such as watersports or splosh/food play.

Gloves

Feel free to use the gloves provided to keep your hands clean, but remember the gloves are dirty with lube or other bodily fluids, and refrain from resting your hands with dirty gloves on the furniture.

Wipes

Once you finish with an implement, use a cleaning wipe to remove any superficial fluids or dirt. Afterward, place the item in the basket to be appropriately sterilized and return it to the toy's proper location. If any lubricant or fluids have gotten on the furniture around the pads, wipe them up as well.

Place used towels on the washing machine in the bathroom.

If you have used the bed, please leave it open so all the sheets can be stripped and cleaned.

Stay and Play House Rules

All people who enter the property must be registered guests--including video/photo staff—absolutely no parties.

Be respectful to our neighbors. Dress in appropriate street garb in the hallways and keep all types of play inside the apartment.

Voices in the bathroom and entryway carry well outside of the apartment. For conversations you want to be discrete, keep them inside the proper dungeon with the door closed.

Respect quiet hours, 10 PM to 9 AM. After 10 PM, refrain from moving furniture and keep all play at the noise level of a normal conversation.

This is a no-smoking dungeon.
